The item arrived a little banged up but still usable. Once removing it from the packaging, it was easy to install. I was up and printing quickly. The printer prints just like it had OEM ink and cartridges in it. I had another CIS printer before and absolutely love them. You can just print as much as you want without having to worry about running out of ink. As the ink gets low just pour or inject more in the reservoirs. These are just great and highly recommend it!!!

It could not be any easier. You install it per instructions and it works. No problems. I put it behind the printer so it does not get bumped around and put a black dinner napkin over it to protect it from dust.

I am still testing it but the theory and logic behind it is great. I was using cartridges like crazy and not getting many sheets from my cartridges because of the mix the printer was using to print pictures or even text. These cartridges because of their high volume should work better. The only problem I had with the installation is that they give you no warning about not getting the air filters full of ink. When you get the cartridges the ink level can move from one side to the other. The best thing I think is to get the ink levels on both sides equal before removing the ink plugs to install the air filters. If you do this you should not get ink on your air filters. I wish I would have known this before I screwed up my air filters.

Also there is air in my lines that I hope will come out with use and when the ink starts getting sucked out of the ink resevoirs and into the onboard cartridges. If this works as advertized it is going to save me a lot of money on buying cartridges. I applaud the idea so far.

I just got this system and it is easy enough to install in my Epson Artisan 835. Works great! I did get some ink in the filters and do not know yet what kind of problem that might cause. I suggest you wear gloves when taking the plugs out and putting the filters in, I got ink EVERYWHERE. All in all, it is pretty simple and not a lot for the consumer to do once it is home. The directions are easy to understand with a little common sense.

I bought this ink system three days before I got it. when I open the box, content was damaged.

also, system that I received doesn't have hard reset button. The manual that was included in

box mention about auto-reset and hard-reset button, but there was no button. I contacted Amazon

, but they don't have this seller's contact info and told me to google to find their contact...

I try, but couldn't find this seller nor manufacturer's contact info. If you can receive this

unit without any defect, and if you won't face any problem, this system is for you. if you

worried about having problem, I can't recommend this system for you since I cannot contact

someone to solve my problems...

other than that, system seems to work as it should. I will update if I can contact this seller

or manufacture and solve my problem.

Update:

I found manufacturer and reseller. I could get replacement part and info that I need. reseller

sent me replacement very quick. I also was informed that reset button has been removed from

this unit, but they hadn't updated manual yet. Therefore, I don't need to reset ink cartridge

when printer thinks it's empty. I haven't print enough to see if it really works. I will update

when system successfully reset ink cartridge.

Update 2:

I didn't realize, but one day my black ink was low and now it's full. I guess this auto reset

thing is working? I have another ink that is low now. I will pay more attention this time and

update this review when it happen.

Update 3:

After using it a little more than a year, one of the ink cartridge isn't recognized by printer.

When I installed my old cartridges, it works. Since these continuous system cartridges are

connected all together, when one of the cartridge is not recognized by printer, I have to

replace everything. I have about half of ink left, but I need to buy ink cartridge again. I contacted

with this seller, but I don't get any reply. I was just hoping that I can replace one of the

cartridge that is not working, so that I can keep using this whole system... I guess it's not

gonna happen.
