While it is still an excellent product, I do find it rather pricey. But that is how they make a profit... sell the printers cheap, and gouge the customer on the price.The package arrived on time, and in good shape.
Installation was a snap, and after 1 shot at the cartridge alignment, began printing.

My current black cartridge hasn't run completely out yet. However, since I've ordered cartridges before that have been most satisfactoryI anticipate the same result with this latest purchase.
