As described it is an official Dell product.....However it is not explained what it really is, a trial cartridge. Yea, the one with 25% ink fill. So as so often stated if it is "too good to be true it usually isn't"...BUYER BEWARE!!!*****UPDATE****** Seller corrected situation and I am satisfied......
