I bought these cartridges to reduce our ink cost for our tshirt business. I completed quite a bit of research before making my purchase. I am extremely happy with the ink quality and the savings is unbelievable.

In an effort to be completely honest, the yellow cartridge initially did not work. There was a slight problem with the chip on the cartridge. I contacted the seller and was promptly provided a replacement at no additional charge.
