After ordering from another place for quite a while, I decided to try these. I have a Brother 495cw and these work just fine. Seem to have as much ink as the pricier ones I was using. My only problem was operator error. I switched out a cartridge and my printer didn't recognize it. Couldn't figure out why and thought they were the wrong ones. There is a clear plastic covering over the cartridge opening instead of a pull tab. I didn't notice that at first, but once I eliminated the covering; it worked fine.

I was a little worried that I would have a problem with this product being compatible with my printer but I had no problem at all! I saved a ton of money and have a lot more ink on hand than if I had bought the brand name ink.

I got this set for 19.99 and was skeptical that they would work at that price. I had a little trouble figuring out how to get them in at first because they operate a little differently than the manufacturer's cartridges, but I read and re-read the instructions, and finally heard that "click" that meant it went in. I've used three different colors so far, and they're working great and I haven't run out of ink yet, so there must be a decent amount of ink in them. Very very happy.

I placed the order for the the ink one Thursday evening and i had the ink in my hands by Saturday afternoon. The ink works perfectly. I'm a happy camper.

I just installed the black ink and so far works fine. I will know more when I install the other colors.
