I was looking for a couple of cartridges for my Canon i900D photo printer. The name brand cartridges that I have been buying were of good quality, but get very expensive over time. I found these on Amazon for considerably less than the name brand and seem to work as well as the more expensive. I was very cautious at first as I had read some horror stories in the past about remanufactured / non-namebrand cartridges ruining a printer or print head. The full set of these (6) cost less than the "Store bought" price for one color. I have printed a couple of photos and the colors seem to be as good as before. I am hooked!

These cartridges from Sophia Gloabl work great for my Canon i960 printer. Overall, excellent value and I would recommend this item.

"Either these are the best and strongest colors than Canon's OR they are so liquid that they are coming out faster than the other Canon ones I have.

I replaced the Yellow with this Sophia Global Ink and now everything is orange, red and yellow. The blues and greens are just not there anymore. I have tweaked my printer settings to no avail.

I just put in a Magenta yesterday and it is the same. Once the Cyan and Black need to be replaced I guess I will be able to see if these inks are just stronger and better than the Canon's or they just run out faster.

5 CARTRIDGES LATER check before purchasing.

I have replaced all the inks with the Sophia Global Inks and the colors are perfect.

It appears that this ink doesn't compliment Canon inks at all. In fact, the Sophia Global Inks appear to be more dominant than the Canon ones and each color takes over all the other Canon colors during the printing. Therefore, my yellow ink over-powered the others and everything was orange, yellow and red.

Now, I am a fan of these inks.

The colors and rich, vibrant and true colors. What a difference! The price is right. I am so glad I stuck this out.

Well, they mean it and it's not just because they want you to buy more expensive inks. I had been buying Sophia Global replacement inks for my Canon i9900 for a little over 1 year before the use of these inks clogged my black and cyan heads. We cleaned the heads, including taking them apart to clean with solvent. All to no avail... the heads were simply destroyed from the use of cheap ink. Luckily, we could purchase a new print head for a little over $125 and now my printer is back to printing perfectly. I'll never, ever purchase anything by Canon ink agin.

This is at least the 5th set of Sophia Global cartridges I have purchased over past 2-3 years for use on a Canon S900, 8-bit photo printer; To date, I have had no problems with either the product or service; Since I am only printing JPEG's not larger than 8.5" x 11" & for personal use, price is quite reasonable when compared to the Canon cartridge set; In addition, I am not willing to spend 5X's more just to see if there is any difference in quality, print number or shelf life between Sophia Global & Canon ink. Nevertheless, I do try to use up ink in 3-6 months once placed in printer.
