I have a Brother printer that is about 10 years old. Still a great workhorse, but I don't use it as much as I used to, and don't want to spend a lot on toner and drum. Tonerize offers equivalent products for less than half the price, ships very fast, and has excellent customer service. I ordered the toner first, and then, found out I needed the drum. I emailed a question about that, got a response within a day with a link to the correct product, had another question and again, same quick response. Ordered the drum fast shipping, good product. ONLY downside is no directions came with the drum so when it wasn't working right, I went to the Brother Website and looked through the manual. Turns out you have to clear the codes easily done. Now, all works perfectly. Won't know if it actually yields as much as they say for quite some time maybe never! but so far so good.

The design of this makes it a little tough to remove (sometimes there are paper Jams, believe it or not). Great for the price.

I've ordered a couple of these and have noticed that the drum being sent wasn't exactly what it should have been. Some of the plastic pieces weren't lining up.
The Toner would fit in the drum, but wouldn't engage the toner properly and let the toner out.
The last batch didn't get installed until recently, so there isn't anything Amazon can do I believe.
Would have been a 1 star, but since a couple of them have worked with out issue, they get 2 stars for being inconsitent.

I had to return this item immediately. It did not work at all. Thankfully, Amazon has a good return policy, so it just wasted my time, but not my money (assuming they actually refund me).
