The ink cartridge was bad. As soon as I took it out to put it in my printer the ink leaked everywhere. It took me and my wife 3 hours to get the ink from my hands alone. We havnet started on the floors yet that it dripped on. This is horrible if the product isnt tested before it is remanufactured dont freaking send it... PERIOD

I ordered one set and the black ink leaked so bad, i didn't see it when i installed on the ink cartridge holder for my printer till it's too late. The ink was all over and i gave up trying to clean the whole thing. I wish we all could give this seller no star rating at all.

They do work but I guess because they're not HP cartridges, I have a constant low ink alarm on my printer. For the price, I can live with that, I will probably use them again.

Not that the product's fault, but HP printers are programmed to detect non HP product. Change to Samsung, their refills came with a chip.

Great experience and I save tons of money on ink. No leaking and same installation as hp ink cartridges. I will continue to buy all of my printer ink here!
