I recently wrote one star review on Sophia Global and their product. I have changed the review to a five star review, of the company and their willingness to stand behind their products and commitment to customer service. After reading the review of the faulty cartridge they contacted me to inform me that TWO NEW CARTRIDGES WERE BEING SHIPPED AT NO COST TO ME. Now, everyone loves getting something for free but how many times do you see a company so committed to making things right? I was irritated when I wrote the review partly because I waited til the last minute to order the ink I needed and was left without a printer for two days because of cutting it that close. Despite my roll in the matter, Sophia remained professional and picked up the slack. I reward that kind of service and will show it with my loyalty by not hesitating to use Sophia exclusively in the future and giving them the five star rating they deserve.--Deborah W. Myers

This does not work properly. I have never had this much trouble from a remanufacured cartridge. My priner has a hard time recognizing this cartridge and then when it does work it skips lines and the print out looks awful!

The quality of print is not like the original hp ink. The print quality is ok but the ink runs out fast.

My first review was a 1 star because the the original ink jet I ordered ran out of ink very quickly, after only a few printings.

I later found a reply to my initial review from someone at the company asking me to contact them about it, so I did. I must say they have gone above and beyond the call to make it right. They shipped a new ink jet and even refunded my original purchase price. They have surpassed my wildest expectations for service after the sale.

If you're worried about buying because it's a re-manufactured cartridge, I can assure you that these folks back their product!

Well done Sofia Global. You've earned my trust and I will remain a customer.
