Was fearful the printer would reject ink and not print also that the quality would be bad based on previous experience with refurbished ink; but my fears were quelled when I tested it. The quality is very good and HP printer did not reject it as the one used previously. Excellent quality for the price. Would definitely purchase more as well as recommmend it.

I was able to get ink that worked in my HP copy machine/printer/scanner for a fraction of what I have to pay in stores. I would buy from Sophia Global again.

The black cartridge worked fine but my printer wouldn't accept the color cartridge so i called customer service. They promptly sent me another color cartridge. My printer wouldn't accept it either but Sophia Global promptly refunded my money and I kept the two cartridges. They both went into the trash but Sophia Global was easy and fair to deal with.
