Unfortunately I bought this drum in advance of needing it. And then I didn't even need it when I thought it would. So my bad--7 months went by. In the midst of a deadline my printer prompted me to replace the drum. Unfortunately, this drum was defective. I contact the seller, Laser & Copy Supply. They were unable to do anything for me. I understand that because of the delay they probably aren't in a position to do anything. Still... this wasn't a cheap product and I miss the days when people stood behind what they sold (or resold). Per the seller's suggestion, I'll go directly to HP to try to get some recourse.

The seller was polite, and like I said, I do understand...it's pretty much my own fault. Just be forewarned that you'd better try the product right away or you're going to be SOL.

I've used compatible versions of this and they simply do not compare to the OEM HP versions.

These toners last quite a while in our busy office setting. They are efficient and provide excellent print quality.
