Apparently these are no longer available from Canon, which is very disappointing because the BJC4000 and BJC4100 (I've owned both) are excellent printers. My folks have a newer Canon laser all-in-one machine, which they use for every day stuff, but also have a BJC4000 for when they want to print something in color, and to use as a backup. We looked EVERYWHERE for a replacement cartridge recently when the print-head finally signed off. Finally found this one on Amazon and they're back in business. It works just like when the printer was brand new. Very happy!
