It looked like a simple plugin but when I tried removing the caps on the bottom of the cartridges the ink ran all over my table. Without instructions it's rather difficult to know why and get them installed with no ink mess as advertised. Maybe I'll find the instructions online but so far no luck and I don't see a button to contact the company.

the set up is simple, however the color matching somehow is not as good as the previous canon ink that i have used and when used on photo paper, the colour is a bit off. Red tend to be a bit orangy for example. But that should not be a problem if you can get good ink supply. The hardware and set up can be used from d word go on my canon printer. Good stuff
