Buy CIS ink system for Epson 54 ink: Stylus Photo Printers R800, R1800

I have a wide format Epson Photo R1800 printer with great features that I had given up on because of the eight tiny ink cartridges that always needed replacing. I have been using this setup for about a year with no problems and great prints. I figure that I would have spent about $350 for Epson Ink and still have about 1/3rd of my reservoirs to go!

Beware. The CIS is a great idea. But what makes the Epson R1800, and similar models, so exceptional is they use pigment based ink which is very permanant and water resistant. The images are museum quality. I have yet to find a "compatable" cartidge or system that doesn't use the much cheaper dye based ink. In comparison, it is crap.
