I used the first set of cartridges for twelve copies. I used the second set of cartridges and it made it through one copy. Don't waste your time or money.

Got these today and all three of the other cartridges are working okay....black ink is recognized by the machine as being full but it does not draw ink from it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the black working? I have model MFC490CW

This product arrived much more quickly than anticipated and seems to work fine. In a previous order I had one cartridge that didn't want to work, but for the price, this deal is hard to beat.
