I was burnt several years ago buying off-brand ink. My printer demanded a chip to accept the ink cartridge. I was instructed to peel the chip from my empty cartridge and glue it to the new cartridge. The idea sounded plausible, but I could never make it work. These cartridges on the other hand come with the chip and have been read successfully by my machine. The ink appears to be of the same quality as the Canon branded ink. Only time will tell if these inks are as robust as the Canon branded ink but I have no reason to doubt that they are.

I bought 6 compatiable Canon CLI 8 Photo Magenta cartridges from these people and like Mr. Chen with the only adverse review I found they just did not work. The Pixma 9000 Printer recognised the cartridges but the ink with seven other regular cartridges kept producing an overall green image. When I changed the ink to the canon product everything was fine showing it was this so called compatible ink that was faulty. When I complained I was supplied only with regrets. When I put in an adverse review it was not allowed to appear. Let's see if they publish this. The star system does not work as they suppress the adverse reviews.

I bought a couple of batches of these inks to try them out, after seeing all the positive reviews here on Amazon.

When I received the inks, I saw that one of the inks that was shipped wasn't even for my printer (Pro 9000). Since they were fairly cheap, I didn't worry so much. Then, after installing one of the other cartridges, I found it wasn't providing ink to the print head. I wasted a LOT of ink trying to fix the problem and almost damaged my print head.

Finally, the Photo Magenta was giving me prints that were saturated with Magenta. Color-correction didn't work. I wasted even more ink and photo paper trying to resolve the problem. When I went back to Canon ink, my prints looked perfect.

So much has gone wrong with just my one order, that I would never buy these again. Quite frankly, these inks are the WORST.

Purchased 6 pack ink cartridges for canon Pixma iP6700D. Product was as described and a very good price. I got all 6 for the price I'd normally pay for 2.

The purchase I made from Ink It Up 4 Less for ink cartridges for my Canon photo printer arrived on time and I have not had any problems with them. I ordered a set, but only need to replace one at this time. This was my first purchase from Amazon. Thank you for such great service.
