Ordered from this vendor more than once and will do so again. Ink comes safely wrapped & ready to install. Cartridges are clean and full. They fit the Epson Stylus NX420 and cost less than any others I've seen. Quality product, fast shipping and low price.

Bought the 4 pack for my Epson printer...All the colors popped in and recognized just fine, but the black did not...Called the company who promptly sent out another black and that one will not snap into position...reads it but it will not print because it is not seated properly... Something with the black??? Anyways, was cheap enough to get the others and the company is very helpful and stand behind the product if you ask.....

Product fits, but the printer would not recognize the cartridge. You would not believe the horrible Engrish included in the package. I won't even pretend to understand what it meant, but I think it wanted me to short circuit two of the circuitboard contacts in order to trick the printer into taking the cartridge. Are you serious? I paid for "compatible", not "get out your soldering iron". Oh, forgot to mention that there is a sticker marked "pull before installing". I removed it as instructed and ink came out of the top of the cartridge and on my hands. Crap, crap crap.

I have been using these cartridges for two months and am very satisfied with them I haven't noticed any difference between these and the manufacturer replacement cartridges.
