All of the ink cartridges i received were expired. these cartridges work just fine, but most (if not all) HP printers are going to complain that the cartridge is expired and requires an override before the printer will allow them to be used. The other hassle is that each time I print, the print manager complains to me that my ink cartridges are expired. It will print fine, it's just a nuisance. if you don't mind this, the price is pretty good.

I used this ink in my HP Officejet Pro L7590. I was looking for ink and stumbled across this offering via Amazon.

What a deal!!! So far, so good. There have been no issues and the quality is perfect. Also, the cartridges are XL, which mean they last much longer than the regular model.

The price was so reasonable I was skeptical but quickly relieved as the shipment came in a prompt manner. The packaging was above average.

A couple of tips which made this purchase more outstanding. 1. There was a card in the box which stated to call Sophia with any issues. I appreciated having the provider go beyond the call of duty to insure customer satisfaction. 2. I also, received an email from Sophia reminding me they wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

Based on what I have experienced, I will be purchasing additional ink from Sophia, as well as my other printer, which is also an HP but used for photos.

Very fast shipping. I installed the cartridges but one did not work. Sophia Global responded very quickly to my email and I had a replacement cartridge in no time. Now it works flawlessly. The ink prints great in my printer. I've printed out various types of graphics/text/pictures that i would normally print out and the prints look just as good to my eye, for much much less. Would definitely order from again in a heartbeat.

While this appears to be the deal of the century, I recommend you do not purchase these cartridges. My printer first wouldn't print, giving me the message that the cartridge was expired. Once I worked my way around that warning message, it said that the cartridge was not a genuine HP cartridge and that my warranty would be voided for using these cartridges. Since the machine is well out of warranty anyway, I didn't care. But I still could not figure out a workaround to get the printer to accept this cartridge. Additionally, it appeared to push the cartridge out of the slot ... it just never stayed in there properly.

Ultimately, HP should be getting negative stars as well. They put chips in their cartridges that track the supposed expiration date and prohibit the printer from using non-HP ink. But Sophia Global should not be selling cartridges that do not work as they claim they will.

Thankfully Amazon refunded my purchase. I recommend you purchase genuine HP cartridges ... then when you need to replace your printer, avoid HP entirely!

Upon insertion of the black cartridge, the confirmation did appear that an offical HP product had been inserted. However, problems started shortly thereafter. For basic general printing, the ink quality was not as good as the HP product. For printing black and white images and radiographs, the quality was poor and too dark. I compensated the darkness by lightening the images in the document; however, these "minor" problems led to more problems. The printheads ($75.00) had to be changed due to streaking casued by the product. The printing resumed for a week or so, but eventually, the printer would go into maintenance mode continuously. Once we removed this remanufactured cartridge and inserted an HP product, the printing has resumed as usual. I would not recommend this product as it may damage your printer.
