Purchased for an Epson Workforce 615. Wouldn't print. Called company. They made suggestions that also didn't work. They instructed me to take phots of installation and email to them. I did. Then wanted more pictures. I provided. Then wanted additional photos. I told them "no more" after hours of screwing around. I put my partially used cartridges back in but Epson no longer recognized them. Cost me $80 for new at sam's Club.

This system is the best way to refill ink I have found. The refillable cartridges are see through so you don't have to wait for the ink to run out. When the ink is low just add some more. I have refilled them 4 times now and they work great.

AFTER RECEIVED I TRIED ALL KIND OF POSIBILITIES WITH THE COLOR CARTRIGES BUT THE PRINTER NEVER DETECTED THOSE CARTRIGES. THE BLACK CARTRIGES WORK FINE AS I EXPECTED. I EXPEND A LOT OF TIME TRYING AL RECOMENDATIONS RECEIVED BUT NONE WORK AT ALL. I THINK THE PROBLEMS ARE IN THE CHIP SW OR THE CARTRIGES PINS. I REPLACED THE CYAN AS WAS THE FIRST NEEDED WITH ORIGINAL EPSON AND THE PRINTED JUST START TO WORK AS NORMAL. PROBLEM WITH THIS PRINTER IS THAT USE TO MUCH INK IN THE STARTUP PROCESS ALL THE TIME AND INK NOT LAST AS SHOULD BE. OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT IF ONE OF THE CARTRIGES ARE NOT DETECTED OR IS EMPTY AS MENU SHOWS IT WILL NOT WORK AT ALL NO MATTER IF YOU CAN USE THE BLACK INK ONLY. EPSON GET MONEY FROM THOSE CARTRIGES, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS .
