My HP printer would not recognize this cartridge. It was supposed to be compatible. The only way to exchange the product with this company is to ship it back at your expense. This is unacceptable. I emailed the company and did not get any follow up. Do not waste your time with this company

To summarize, I am delighted with this ink, that (together with Eco Ink 57) transformed what we thought was an old, broken printer into one that works and prints just as well as it ever did — at a fraction of the cost. Bravo Eco Ink! I'll be coming back. :-)

(Eco Ink doesn't happen to sell ink in bulk refill bottles too, do they?)

I had no idea there were "recycled" ink cartridges... Plugged in, works great. Cheaper value and works just the same!
