Note the photo the cartridges are not in the same order as the ink supply the are assembled to go in order. Even the ink supply isn't in the order shown on the HP Designjet 500. I've contacted them 3 times sent a photo of the set up. No reply (except to send a photo, which I did twice. My printer has been down for months and it's costing my business more than the cost of the CISS system to go to a printing service.

The Bulk Continuous Ink supply system that I recently purchased is the perfect solution to high volume printing. The large clear exterior ink vessels make tracking ink use easy.
Very fast and easy to install.
Best Deals for Bulk Continuous Ink System (CIS) for: HP Designjet 500 500ps 800
I've been using this for about a month now, and have flushed all the original HP inks from the tubing to the print heads. The Gigablock CIS produces spectacular colors and of course lasts longer than the HP cartridges. There were no problems at all with the installation; however, plan the placement of the reservoir carefully before installing. I used a large rectangle of Velcro Industrial on the back of the "home" side of the printer (below the limit of the lid when opened) to secure the reservoir and threaded the tubing through the cover joint and up into the internal ink location. By carefully bending the tubing to avoid tight radii in the curves, and keeping it flat through the cover-chassis joint, no modification to the cover is necessary to get the tubing into the printer.
