Unfortunately I could not test the product because once the new cartridges were placed into the printer, an error message popped up. The error message stated that there was a problem with the printer cartridge and did not go away until I took out the cartridges and replaced them with the old ones.

Ordered new set of Sophia ink cartrides to replace ones that failed. Was later contacted by Sophia following up on the order. When I told them about the problem, they sent another set of cartrides at no cost. Great Service....

I've been having good results with this product, and I definitely like the price. The only problem is that the HP Printer Toolbox doesn't show the ink levels for these compatible cartridges, and there's no way of knowing if the cartridges were full or less than full when I installed them in my printer.

I have never had any ink cartridge last as long as these. I do a lot of printing and kept thinking they should be running out, but they didn't. No difference in print. I didn't use them for photo printing so can't speak for that. The the cost is great.
