I put the HP22 color knock-off cartridge in my printer a couple of months ago, and the color has not worked correctly since. I have cleaned the cartridge manually and using the software, both to no avail. The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is that I haven't tried the HP21 b/w knock-off cartridge yet.

My recommendation is to spend a few dollars more for better quality.

Neither black cartridge worked, tried cleaning and priming them, still didn't work. Thankfully the color cartridge worked-but not for very long- do not buy!!

Only the coloured cartridge worked. When black cartridge was inserted an error message appeared. As soon as the seller was contacted replacement cartridges were sent. Despite the faulty cartridges, I am really satisfied with the quality of service delivered.

I was a little worried to buy remanufactured cartridges but they work just as well as the new ones. Not only was the price right but the quality was too. I will buy these again when I need to stock up.

Two out of three cartridges worked fine, the second black cartridge will not work, my printer tells me the cartridge is installed incorrectly. I took it out and put it back in a couple of times and then the cartridge carrier jammed up, and got stuck on one side of the rack. It came out eventually, but was making strange noises, so I tossed the cartridge.
