Both cartridges only let me print less than 10 pages before they stopped working. Tried shaking the cartridges and cleaning the printer but no such luck. Was not worth the buy. Did however receive product very quickly.

I bought two of these and a month later one was printing unclearly. So I opened the other and installed it and that one printed unclearly also. I cleaned both cartridges by hand with alcohol and used the cleaning cartridge nozzles program for my printer a few times with each and still could not get either cartridge to work.

I bought these not expecting much from them. But, they actually turned out to perform very well. They lasted just as long as the manufactured cartridges and the quality is nearly the same if not spot on. Will buy again.

I ordered 2 cartridges. The first one I installed did not work, even with doing all the suggested fixes and a cleaning. A call to the 800 # told me to try the second cartridge. It worked and they replaced the first one in return mail.

I HATE (G-r-r-r) paying the impossible retail at the office stores for my printer ink. This works just great and at less than half the price and recycling makes it a real winner! Thank you!
