After reading other reviews I was hesitate to purchase these but I have not had any problems with the first cartridge I installed except my printer does not recognize the cartridge. This does not hinder the performance at all and it is printing very well & distributes the color evenly and I have not noticed anything different in using this product from the name brands. At a great price, fast shipping and working great! Would highly recommend this seller to all.

I left a 1 star review of the product because the 2 black cartridges wouldn't work in my printer. As soon as Sophia Globas saw my review they resent the entire order with an apology and the new order worked perfectly. I have tried to change the original feedback but can't access it yet. They have GREAT customer service and will work quickly to resolve any problems or concerns.

So far they work great. I have not tried the color yet, but plan to soon. My printer doesn't recognize the cartridge, but it works fine nonetheless.

Well, the first Sophia Global cartridge worked great. However, after installing the second one, I was only able to print a few sheets before getting a "Printer Cartridge Error" message. I have tried removing and reinserting the cartridges, power cycling the printer, etc, but to no avail.

It is passable, but sometimes the ink didn't come evenly. but the price is pretty good, and the combination, two blacks and one color, very sweet combination.
