Product does not reset itself when you turn it off. I still love it because it holds so much ink and a lot cheaper to use than buying cartridges.

This product is great works like a charm. my only problem is anytime i hit the door or the printer. the sensor moves. but for a find thins great i will live with it

I had no idea that the cartridges were so large. The cartridges are so long the front part sticks out, and you won't be able to close the door. There are clamps that are not mention in the posting for this product. The clamps are placed within the cartridge door so that the machine will think the door is closed. I will not use the clamps, because that can cause the machine to malfunction, and there goes my warranty. There is one syringe for four ink dyes. I was offered to return the product from the seller, but the seal to the cartridges had been broken. Shipping the cartridges back would have cause the ink to spill out within the package. Amazon stepped in and assisted me with this order and situation.
