I did not personally evaluate this product. It is base on the opinion of the new owner of my old Dell printer. The starving students stated the ink was adequate and appears to be close in quality as the original Dell ink cartridges. This product was as depicted on the website and was shipped in a timely manner with no damages. I believe a Five-star would be proper if the starving students had stated they couldn't tell the difference in the original Dell ink to Eco ink.
