This stated clearly (with image to match!) "in Retail Packaging" which it absolutely was not. I have contacted the seller without any response. I am planning on reporting this. The ink cartridge did not come in the box but, had a shrink wrap on it that could easily have been created to look like one that would be in a retail packaging. Just the fact that the seller has made no attempt to return a reply to my questioning of the lack of the Retail Packaging is poor business enough to merit the lowest rating from me. I would be extremely cautious purchasing from this buyer.

This is an original HP Cyan cartridge and what can I say, HP ink is way to expensive.

One thing I don't like about this printer and it's ink..I am always buying more ink. I have paid so much in ink prices. When I buy a new printer I will definitely keep that in mind.

920 red does not last long enough so I purchased 920xl and that helps a little. Not sure it I like having to order these colors separately. They are okay for simple things but I make cards and they just do not last long enough. It gets expensive!
