I should have read the description more carefully. Have ordered ink before, so I thought I knew what to choose...BUT... these come with one frame to fit in the printer. You have to change out the old ink inserts and use the same frame. Result: ink on my hand every time. The ink and the frame work okay once you get it in the computer, but I wish I had read the description more carefully. Also, if the one chip fails, then the other cartridges are useless. I usually buy multiple packs -each with their own chip. I will be more careful in the future.
