I ordered a ink cartridge for my dell and received a defective one...needless to say I was very disappointed because I was working on a project and had to make a trip to the library and work on it until the library closed. I called this company to tell them what had happened because I got tried of dealing with other companies that send you junk. The customer service person was very sympathy. My refund was returned to me plus a replacement ink cartridge that was a true DELL Cartridge was sent to me in one day. I rated this company a #4 because they fixed the problem and held their end of the bargain. I would tell others ...order from this company, get rid of the other ones.
