This product really ratifies the statement "you get what you pay for". I should have known better, but thought it wouldn't be too much of a loss if they didn't work well, but the ongoing frustration of using them made me change my mind.
There were two specific problems with both of the two cartridges I purchased. 1) The fusers did not get hot enough, and touching printed documents later smudged your text. 2) The print quality was very poor, partiularly on fine fonts. For all copying, I needed to adjust the darkness settings up two notches just to get an almost reasonable facsimile to the original. The result was many fewer printed pages per cartridge than advertised.
The specific cartridges display NT-C0436 on a blue label. Look at the pics on-line and regardless of vendor, IGNORE THEM !!

Shake the dickens out of it and if it quits printing, set it aside for a day or two and shake it some more. May have to go to a darker setting on your printer, but mine made a comeback. The price makes this all worth it.
