I received the cartridge and installed it and the ink levels were so low it was telling me to order more ink. I am very dissatisfied.
11/6/10I was contacted by by the company where I purchased the ink cartridge, immediately. They expressed their concern for not delivery a good product and refunded my money for the cartridge and sent (2)two more cartridges at no charge. I haven't checked the cartridges as of yet. Considering the good customer service that I have received from them I will certainly give them my business again as long as the new cartridges are good. It's rare to find good customer service these days. Thanks. It renews my faith a little.
