I've used several refilled ink cartridges from Sophia Global. They've worked well except for one which was replaced quickly at their cost after a short phone call. Let's face it, how exciting can ink cartridges be? I just want them to work and, if not, to be replaced easily.

This is the 2nd cartridge that has failed in my printer. Error message was something to the effect cartridge not recognizable.

I was worried about this, as I had purchased refilled cartridges before and my printouts ended up with blobs of ink all over the paper. This one, though (magenta), did not do that. Even better, it costs FAR less than my HP cartridges. I have since purchased other refills from this same company and all have worked well. (You will probably see this same review on a cyan cartridge by the same manufacturer, as I don't want to type this twice.)

Got this last week and it seems to be working great so far. I have bought off brand ink before for our HP C6280 printer and have yet to be disappointed. This has been no different, love getting it for $6 when it sells for $17 elsewhere!
