Not the best quality. Streaks in prints. I have used Walgreen refill process several times and never had this problem. Poor quality prints. I print coupons regularly and I hope they will scan.

this cartridge ran out of ink in just a few months with me only printing a few pages per week on "draft" setting to use less ink! very disappointing.

For my school and work,

I have 3 printers.

First, there's special printer for large CAD printouts.

Second, I'm using for high quality regular 8.5x11 size.

And third and most commonly used printer is my old HP 3845 Deskjet.

I bought this HP 27 cartridge specifically for this old HP 3845 almost 5 weeks ago. Printed close to 200 pages and still prints well.

I even used this printer to print some color photos.

Not the best quality, but not much difference from the $22 official new HP cartridge I used previously.

I do have slight problem of paper getting jammed in printer.

It does not effect the quality of prints, since paper always get jammed after "printing" process. However, it does get annoying having to press "main" button each time to force printer to ignore "out of ink" error.

This problem did occurred with the previous new official print cartridge. It just became little more frequent with this replacement $5 print cartridge.

If you are using this cartridge for simple everyday printing, I do recommend this ink. I can only see one other alternative to save maybe $1 more, and that is to buy your own refill ink kit. I've been doing that for years on my HP 1610XI printer and it is not fun. Each refill would cost little less than $1, but it is messy process that requires more careful inspection each time you refill. Eventually, you'll need to buy new cartridge to replace since constantly refilled cartridge would start spilling and drying up. Once you buy "new" cartridge, you instantly use up another $22. Then you start doing refills yourself to the point when you have to buy another "new" cartridge. And trust me, there were times I ended up only being able to refill the new cartridge only once before tossing away due to minor mistake during refilling process.

It is very good deal, and decently "fast" shipping. Took like 3 days for me.

I don't ever expect my deskjet to print "high quality" pictures.

So for me, I do not know why people would want to spend $10 or more to get official HP cartridges. Most of those official HP cartridges nowaways are refilled/refurbished anyways.

I really didn't want to pay for the oem ink. So I decided to buy this ink due to it's low price. Once it arrived I put it in the printer and printed the alignment page. It came out fuzzy, but scanned fine. I tried printing a picture with it and it didn't really show any fuzzyness. Printing with normal paper though, it did get fuzzy. For the price I think it was acceptable, but if I ever need to print something where detail was important I would buy original ink instead of refilled. It lasted less than original ink to. Not by much, but it did.
