I purchased this three pack of aftermarket cartridges thru Amazon and they arrived in 2 days (and that was with free shipping). Install the colored cartridge and one of the black ones (it comes with two black) into my trusty old HP5440 printer then fired her up to print an ebook I needed for business.

Pushed out about 15 quality pages then my printer stopped dead in her tracks. At first I thought old faithful finally died being I had this printer for at least 10 years now. But the funny part about it was my computer, which is fairly new, ran a check on the printer hardware and showed every thing good...no low ink, spooling problems or reckoning errors. So after a futile attempt cleaning the contacts on my printer and both cartridges then reinstalling them I decided to crack open the other black cartridge hoping it was the black one causing the problem. BINGO! problem solved. I got one bad black cartridge.

But for the good news: I finished printing my 389 page ebook (with pictures too) and the quality was just as good as the original hp cartridges I had installed previously with plenty of ink left in both. I can't review anything on picture quality because I only use this printer for reference material and always print in eco-fast mode. but still as good as the hp originals.

As for the bad black cartridge; I contacted Amazon and they offered to replace all three cartridges sent. But I asked if it would be Okay for me to contact the seller (Sophia Global) and request just replacing the one that was bad so that's what I did. Had it in my mailbox 3 days latter but haven't had to install it yet the other 2 are still going strong.

I understand that at times no matter what cartridges you purchase; brand name or aftermarket, problems do arise. That being said I recommend and will purchase from this company again. I'm happy with the cartridges that are still working, and completely satisfied the way Amazon and Sophia Global handled my product replacement. They did so in a very timely, courteous and professional manner with no additional cost to me.
