The Brother Printer and Ink work fine. My beef is with how after printing only a few pages (less than 20) in 6 months, my printer won't print a single black and white page because it says I'm out of 1 color of ink. When I take the cartridge out of the printer, there is clearly still ink in there. I've done the whole black electrical tape over the window, and it works, but this is just another ploy by ink manufacturers to get you to buy more ink when you don't yet need it.
So disappointing.

I love this printer. It is user friendly, cleans and updates itself. Technical support is readily available and the techs are knowledgeable and very willing to help. This is my first experience with Brother and it is a good one! I recommend this printer. Additionally, I received it in a few days--no wait!
