I do primarily black and white printing on an HP Officejet Pro 8600 and these cartridges work just as well as the ones that HP sells. Honestly, I'm not doing a lot of photo-quality color printing so I won't speak to that. For general office purposes, though, these work just as well as OEM and I plan to stock up on them at a fraction of HP's inflated cost.

Edit: After using these for close to a year, I ran into my first problem. After replacing and old set of these cartridges with a fresh set, the printer would no longer accept them and stopped functioning. After some troubleshooting, including resetting the printer, pulling out and replacing the cartridges with the old ones, and cleaning the cartridges and printhead, I caved and bought the "Genuine HP" cartridges. After putting in the HP cartridges, my printer was working perfectly. I guess the point is, that these cartridges are great when they work, but aren't completely reliable.

These cartridges work well in my printer. The results are as good as original HP ink. Only issue is the printer indicates it is not an original HP Cartridge.

upon installation on my HP Printer, immediately got an error message. when I opened the print head, ink was smudged on the back of the cartridge. I guess one should stick to genuine parts whenever possible; as this even looks a little different on the back when compared to the HP cartridge. However thanks to AMAZON, Extremely easy return and refund.

So far, this has been a excellent option to high priced HP cartridges. Ink levels seem to showing on my HP 8600.
