There was black toner all over the inside packaging which leads me to believe that much of the toner was wasted. Also, the black toner was more expensive than the other three color toners and took the longest to ship. This portion of the order was totally unacceptable.

The toner successfully replaced my old empty toner for the C5800. The handle on the side looks different from the original cartridges I had, but it installed successfully and the printer recognizes it. I will follow up if there is anything wrong with the print quality of the black ink but otherwise you can assume it's a good product.
