The two Printronic remanufactured HP 74 XL and the two Printronic remanufactured HP 75 XL ink jet cartridges I purchased from you will not operate in my HP Officejet J5780 All-in-One printer.

Remanufactured cartridges used to work, therefore I must assume a HP software update is causing them to be rejected.
