My HP printer doesn't recognize cartridge, but it will still prints. The ink isn't true black, but a grayscale color. When you purchase non-genuine ink, this is mostly the case. I knew that going in, but for the cartridge not to be recognized by the printer and still prints is baffling.

I am writing this review in regards to the seller. When I received the product initially one of the cartridges seemed to be defective, upon reading my negative feedback the seller contacted me. They wanted to know my reason for having posted the feedback I had written. Then acting upon their own, they replaced the damaged cartridge free of charge. I was thoroughly impressed, because it seems so difficult these days to find businesses that truly place their customers First. I would recommend doing business with Eco Ink & Toner to anyone looking for a good product at a reasonable price along with Outstanding customer service.

Supposedly compatible with an HP Officejet 4500, neither the orginally shipped or the replacement cartridge could be recognized by my printer. Both were sent back. I haven't tried the color cartridge yet and can only hope it works.

You cannot beat this product. I don't know why I haven't used them before.... Ink is so expensive these days and being a college student, this is heaven sent.

prints perfectly. i would recommend and buy again. what else can i say and why do i have to write more than 18 word for a review..waste of my time. one word can sum it all up
