**Used in an HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One** Make sure it is suitable for your printer. Oh if I had only discovered these replacement/reman/recycled cartridges years ago! The bucks I'd have saved! We always knew HP charged a premium for their inks, what we didn't know was what other options were there! well here you have it. At first I was hesitant, especially reading some of the reviews here, so I only bought one color for a trial run. Let's just see. I have seen and while I can't speak for ink capacities being equal, EVERYTHING ELSE wascolor, compatibility, whatever (except cost of course). NO LEAKS, recognition errors, bad colors, ruined printer. THESE WORK JUST FINE for my home usage. I have gone back to buy all the other colors and will by the set of 13 next go round. Now I'm sure some cartridges do have problems but I also wonder if some of these reviewers are HP plants!

Ordered 2 of these LD ink cartridges when a different off-label brand failed to be recognized by my printer. The first LD cartridge also failed to be recognized by the printer. I tried online searching for how to fix this, tried resetting the printer and restoring default setups, and finally in frustration got the customer service number from LD and thought I would see what happens, having very low expectations for a generic injet company. Quite to my surprise I was quickly connected with someone in California who worked with me through a couple procedural things, had me try the 2nd cartridge, still to no avail. She had my order history (even though I had ordered through Amazon) and said she would mail out 2 new cartridges from a different lot and a return envelope for the 2 cartridges I had first tried out. Those arrived in 2 days and it worked, but I had to go through the process of resetting the printer again. I was very surprised at the good customer service for a discount device.

One may argue that the first 2 devices should have worked and I shouldn't have had to call them in the first place. Since the problem first appeared with a different discount cartridge I am willing to give LD the benefit of the doubt, but still give them 4 stars instead of 5. The software in inkjet printers can be very frustrating for how it deals with the cartridges, in hp's effort to keep you buying their brand of cartridge.

I have begun ordering thesethey last as long and work as well as the original without the break the bank pricegetting so sick of being ripped offwith these I can print anything I want, whenever I want without thinking about itand they get to me fast!

I ordered this again because I had good experience with this brand. HP printer never has said it was outdated or an invalid cartridge. Only thing is that it doesn't print as many pages as genuine HP cartridges (non-XL). Otherwise, this is satisfactory for daily printing.

i was really worried that these remanufactured cartridges would not work. well let me tell you they work just fine. HP should be ashamed for robbing there customers with there ridiculous prices for ink. And to top it off they have put a time date on the cartridges so even if you have ink in the unit it wont work. i was never going to buy another HP product again. all they are is thieves. thanks LD for your honesty to your customers and demonstrating the American way
