Installed cartridge on HP Photosmart Premium All-In-One Printer & Fax Model C410a. Printer recognized the chip so ink volume is being tracked. The LD cartridge appeared to be filled to capacity and the magenta color is vibrant. I've purchased lots of compatible cartridges but this is the best! Suggest any prospective buyer check carefully for compatibility by using the OEM designation which is in this case HP 564XL.

Generic 564 cartridges can be a real problem as the printer wants to reject anything other than a brand new Hewlett Packard cartridge. No such problem with this LD product. The printer cartridge did not work in my HP Photosmart 5510 as it said in the product description. My printer said not compatible with this older version of the printer cartridge.
