I received the cartridge on 8-31. We left for the weekend and this is the first time I've had to respond. The cartridges work great. Thanks for the fast response regarding the bad one. I give your company two thumbs up. You are definitely on my "ink" list from here on out.

The black one didn't work at all. I threw it away and couldn't use it. The colored ones have a really bad blue tinge and I'll never buy these again.
