This is an amazing product! I was able to clean my printer print head buy putting some of this amazing liquid in a syringe with a tube at the end, and fitting the tube where the cartridge would normally sit. I will order empty cartidges which I will fill with this solution and install on the printers before running the Clean Print Head operation on my computer. this will save me lots of money and headache! I must say that I am dissapointed to have only learned of this product after throwing out an Epson 1280, 1400 and 1100 printers :( The printer heads on these printers were blocked after sitting unused for too long, as a new print head is almost the same cost as a new Epson printer, I just kept buying a new printer whenever a problem arose.

I've been cleaning Canon print heads for several years and had used alcohol and water. The alcohol sometimes was too strong and destroyed both the print head and the printer as well! It also didn't do the job every time. This product, while expensive, works very well and I have been able to rejuvenate every time. I've used the suggested procedure of letting the print head sit in a cup with just enough fluid to cover the bottom of the print head where the ink ejects.
