I only gave it 3 stars for the reason that this was already a replacement part ( the first one was defective, stopped working after only a couple days of use) It has an edge on roll where the ink comes out and does not print on one corner of the sheets.
But I have to say that customer service was very good. They took care of every thing very fast.
