The cartridges were not in the retail packaging pictured, they were in a clear plastic boxes inside of a clear plastic bag. I have to assume that these are not new cartridges, as claimed. Note that by setting up a business account with HP, you can get them about ten dollars cheaper from HP than from any sellers I've seen on Amazon.

We live in a rural area, and I order this HP ink from Amazon Prime because of the convenience of having it delivered right to the office. And the pricing is fair.
