I have no complain at all about this cartridge. It fitted well my Lexmark Prospect Pro 205 (which is NOT a good printer, by the way). It's been working just fine for like a month or so, and the price was just a fraction of the O.E.M. One important caviat is to install the update that allows the printer to recognize generic cartridges. It can be easily found at the Lexmark website. I'm happy with the product and recently bought the other colors, which also worked just fine. So far, so good. I recommend it.

I've used non-Lexmark cartridges before with good results, although they have never been quite as good. These didn't seem to fit properly; they seemed a little loose. When first installed the printer recognized them as full and printed properly. After a few pages, the cartridge showed full, but the pages came out blank. I emailed the manufacturer, and they said to try shutting off the printer for 10 min and trying again. This worked for a few more pages, and then back to blanks. Same results with the second cartridge.

I requested a refund, and Amazon said they would refund my money. That was 2 weeks ago, but I have received the refund yet.

Printers suck, buying ink sucks even more! This was a good deal and it is working so far. Just one of these was 25$ at office max. So far I am very happy. It might turn out to be crap ink though or run out soon, idk.
