I have ordered non HP replacement ink cartridges in the past from other sellers for my HP printer and have been sadly disappointed. The cartridges did not fit just right, ink oozed from some of the color cartridges and there was no chip so my printer could not "read" when the ink was low. I decided to try this brand because the HP cartridges are just so expensive. I am please to say I am very satisfied. No mess, quality packaging and the cartridges fit perfectly. My printer is able to read the chip and I now have ink at half the price I would have spent otherwise. I will purchase from this seller again.

What you see is what you get. Was exactly as advertised. It came completely filled on both sides. Unlike when you purchase an HP ink cartridge, only the sponge side is filled. It also came with the chip in it. At first my printer gave a message that this was not an authentic HP ink. I just hit ok and it reset the ink levels. The print itself is great. Thanks for making a great product!!!

Although my printer warned me that this is not an HP product and would invalidate my warrantee (what?), the ink works just like the HP brand. The instructions are clear, and there was no problem loading it.

In March 2013 I bought from OfficeMax the 4 official HP 564XL cartridges. 1 blk, 1 cyan, 1 magenta and 1 yellow. I paid, with Wisconsin sales tax $82.14 total. I was absolutely NOT pleased. I later bought a black and color refill kit from Walgreen's for about $35 bucks. And a gram scale from harbor freight. When the OEM cartridges ran out I tried to fill them using the gram scale to calculate how much ink to inject into the non-clear cartridges. Result, now I'm really mad and have ink all over my fingers. Finally, after saying some thousand sailor words I googled refillable cartridges and went to amazon and saw these for sale. I was very skeptical, but figured HP is already screwing me with their outrageous prices so I'll take a chance. The 5 cartridges cost me, including shipping to Eau Claire, Wisconsin $34.98. I don't think that was to bad. They arrived quickly and safely by US mail.

I actually put the black cartridge in yesterday and it does work fine. It even showed the amount of black ink (full) when I clicked on the ink level. Haven't put the color cartridges in yet, cause the others aren't empty yet. However, I must say I am very pleased so far. Also, I can see through these cartridges so will be able to fill them OK. My name is Norm, I'm retired military, very fussy when it comes to printer ink and feel that we consumers are getting absolutely screwed by having to pay so much for EOM cartridges. I'm glad I got these from Amazon. That's why I'm writing this review instead of just deleting it. 21 Oct 2013.

They worked right out of the package. I didn't realize they were pre-filled with ink already. My Hp printer recognized them no problem. Great deal!!!
