I've had a CISS for my Epson R380 and loved it so when I upgraded to the Artisan 810 I ordered one at the same time. I put in the cartridges that came with the printer and they are just starting to run out, so I finally attempted to install my CISS system. I followed the instructions and made sure the cartridges were pressed in and clicked, but the printer would not recognize them. I e-mail Gigablock support and they were very responsive at first and offered to send out a new chip for the cartridges. Over a week has gone by since I replied saying I would appreciate that and I haven't heard form them and nothing has shown up. I'm past my return window so I just ordered a different brand to see if that works better. I've heard others with the 710 had no problem with this unit, so it may just be something with the 810.

The system was easy to install and has preformed very well. It appears to be very easy to fill the ink supply when needed.
