I ordered a 97 cartridge from this seller and it arrived on time and quick. However, the cartridge smelled foul and the color quality was not very good. Furthermore, when I went to go return the cartridge, which shows that the seller has a 100% satisfaction guarantee and details showing that they will pay for the return label, they told me that they don't pay for return labels and that if I were to return it it would be at my own cost. I am never going to order from a company that does not provide a return label jic again.

I should have read the reviews before buying the 3pak. Garbage in, Garbage out: of the 3 HP compatable (supposedly) cartridges, only 1 worked and it went out in 1/2 the time of a typical cartridge. May have been a coincidence because we did let it blink for a week that it needed a new cartridge and wouldn't work before we got this one but when we put it in, it didn't want to recognize it or accept it, we worked with it and kept reinstalling and got a can of air and cleaned and then reinstalled and were about to give up when we reopened and shut the lid in frustration and it started working. Early yet, but these seem to work fine. No problems to report and definately cheaper than branded ones. Shipping was 5-7 days.
